The coating line is composed of the following machines,extruder , hauling machine,stripping machine with racks.
The above three machines will totally cover the area 10000 x 2700 x 1800mm.
① The extruder is configured with 5- section heating device and threaded screws , suitable for processing the materials PP , PVC , PE , PPR , PEX etc .,with the characteristics of high speed , even plasticizing , high yield.This machine has exhaust and cooling system ,inverter speed control,and precise temperature control.
② The plasticizing machine is equipped with a 600mm water wheel for cooling and shaping, with a mirror like surface and excellent plasticizing effect. It has dual traction shafts, dual external heating rods, and 3 sets of transition shafts.
③ The slitting machine now use the utility knife to cut.This substantially save the cost of round knife , and have the advantages of fast changing and easy installation.
④ The whole coating line only need one worker for operation , this highly saves the employee cost and enhances the work efficiency
